I hit the jackpot when I found Gary. I reached out to him after conducting an online search for realtors in the area and reading their corresponding reviews. After speaking with Gary I knew he was the agent I would want to partner with. We started the search for our new home in April. After our first conversation, he hit the ground running and provided me with listings that matched my criteria. I found out that we actually lived in the same neighborhood just a few blocks away and that Gary was a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. That was a huge bonus for me. He understood everything that I wanted and knew exactly which areas to focus on. Gary was extremely helpful throughout the entire journey! I had mentioned to him that my husband was exceptionally tall and had trouble with doorways and ceiling heights. At our first showing Gary whipped out a tape measure from his back pocket and helped confirm the doorways had adequate clearance for my husband to be able to comfortably walk through. That attention to detail made a world of a difference for me! It was reassuring to know my agent was actively listening and genuinely cared. After being outbid on a few homes we finally found the house that was meant for us in July. And in all that time Gary was patient, super communicative and creative. He never waivered beyond our comfort zone. I am so grateful for his expertise and dedication throughout the whole process. For as long as he's in the business he will always be our go-to agent!

He worked to find a place that would meet my needs even though I didn't always know what it was that I wanted. After false starts with two condos, the third one I bid on turned out to be the perfect one for me all along. it is the smallest one but the floor plan really works well for me. Additionally, it's only 15 minutes from my daughter's home and growing grandkids.

Gary Kidney was in daily contact providing updates on our deal. He worked hard at making our deal happen - at first, 'selling' our offer to the listing agent and then persistently staying in contact until our offer was accepted. Gary then pushed the deal through attorney review getting a finalized contract within 48 hours, which was imperative given the hot market. He then stayed on top of all the details, advised us of next steps, and regularly followed up with the mortgage broker, attorney, selling agent, and title company to ensure progress was being made towards our closing date.
